Today is Helena's birthday. ...Yea I know we've been having parties but today is the actual day, so wish her a big Happy 4th!

The Road Runner saga continues! The system problem ticket was completed yesterday but still no stable Road Runner. They said they would send someone out Thursday evening. To their credit I haven't had a problem at all with their help desk. They've been very nice and as prompt as possible.
