Yesterday Helena and I went to the Newport Aquarium and had a great time. She got to feed a bird and I got buzzed by one. Unfortunately there weren't any cuttlefish to play with but the octopus was neat. After that we ate at Cheesecake Factory and then walked around the mall trying to wear off the sugar high. Helena was like a pinball running around me bouncing off things and generally making the shoppers uncomfortable. I loved it.
