Politics and I usually don't mix. I like to leave that to more interested people who have the patience to weed their way through the deceptive layers of rhetoric each party lays down. But when the rhetoric becomes a rallying cry that echoes the screeching wails of banshees, I take notice. Sarah Palin's speech last night was outrageous and divisive in ways the GOP can't afford right now.
