Austin moves in

Austin is othe newest guest in our house. He's a rottweiler/malamute mix and it's obvious when you see him which traits he got from which breed. I don't think I've ever seen a rott with ice blue eyes before. He's such a happy friendly guy that our other two dogs love playing with him.

We originally had his brother Montgomery too but my parents decided to adopt him. While growing up my family always had a dog. So when the last one died a year ago of old age it was strange not to have one in my parents' house. They're excited to have another four legged friend around.

Update 3/25: Yesterday Austin went to live with a couple who want to train him to be a comfort dog. He has a great disposition for this since he's friendly with everyone and doesn't get over excited.
