Well Road Runner is up and working... for now. The installer had a little problem getting a good signal in my neighborhood. It worked while he was here (5Mb download! yay! 329kb upload.. boo!) but as soon as he left it lost connection and didn't come back up. We left for Helena's gymnastics class and by the time we came back it had reconnected. ...Now it's down again. Time to see if Road Runner support is really that bad...
