So the deal on the house we were trying to buy fell through this past weekend. More accurately the guy who was going to buy our house backed out. According to his realtor he really liked our house but somehow had a change of heart during the inspection.

We had the contract paperwork done, the inspection scheduled and a loan approved and ready to disperse for the closing. Now we have to get out of the contract and let the house go back on the market. It's just annoying to have your heart set on something nice, make all the arrangements and then suddenly have it yanked away only to have to start over at square one. Not only that but it was the weekend before Amy's birthday.

So back to selling the house we go.
